The DDPI project will continue to organise the seminar series intermittently in 2022, while focusing on policy solutions to disparities and inequalities and the potential of digital technologies for this purpose (digital democracy).

The fourteenth seminar will focus on ‘What is equality? The 14th seminar, entitled “What is Equality?”, invites Professor Yuichiro Mori, Associate Professor at the Graduate School of Law and Faculty of Law, Hokkaido University, to introduce various positions on justice theory and explain in detail how the contemporary debate on equality has developed. and provided an opportunity to reflect on the fundamental question “What is equality?”.
