9th DDPI Seminar “Could Deliberative Democracy Resolve Inequality and Disparity?”

The project has officially changed the title of the seminar to “DDPI (Digital Democracy and Political Inequality) Seminar” and will continue to hold the seminar series in AY2022, focusing on policy or political solutions to disparity & inequality and the potential of digital technology for such solutions.

The 9th seminar was presented by Mr. Wataru Miyasaka, Associate Professor of Humanities and Social Sciences Faculty at University of Tsukuba. Please take a look at the following video with his lecture. Through the efforts of a group of law researchers with him in the past academic year, the lecture advocated a new “constructive legal studies” approach utilizing digital technology under digital society. Thank you.
